2. Sit in a circle—and starting with one person—walk around the circle until everyone is passed. As you pass each person tell them the leadership characteristic that you appreciate in them. Do this until everyone has had a chance to tell and be told of the leadership characteristic that's appreciated. This is an important exercise as you embrace each other's abilities as this will help you all become a closer team. 3.
